Human immune variation and sensing across scales

Abstract

I will introduce the sources and determinants of human immune variation and the concept of immune setpoints. I will then outline challenges and progress in building predictive models of immune system behavior across scales and if time permits, some ruminations on representation learning of immune states and immune sensing of physiological health and disease.
